Since joining PepsiCo in 2009, Dr. Gusba has held diverse roles spanning Nutrition Science, Regulatory Affairs, Government Affairs, Global Gatorade R&D, and leadership of PepsiCo Beverages Canada. Today, she leads end-to-end portfolio strategy and execution for PepsiCo’s global beverage business.

With a PhD in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition from the University of Guelph and a MSc in Kinesiology from Western University, Dr. Gusba brings both scientific rigor and leadership experience to the conversation on AI’s role in shaping the future of what we drink and eat.
