Just ahead of Father's Day, BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse debuted a new Strawberry Shortcake Pizookie.
BJ's Pizookie is one of the chain's most popular desserts and consists of a deep dish cookie cooked in a hot skillet. The new Strawberry Shortcake Pizookie starts with a freshly baked sugar cookie served in a hot skillet. The buttery cookie is then topped with fresh strawberries, a sweet strawberry purée, rich vanilla bean ice cream, and a dollop of whipped cream.
The indulgent new dessert is available now through Sunday, June 21, 2020, at participating BJ's locations. The new Pizookie flavor will also be joined by a number of new entrees, including Slow-Roasted Tri-Tip, and a new seasonal BJ’s Enchantress Golden Pilsner.
