Schlotzsky's is putting a twist on sourdough sandwiches and other fresh-baked goods with hot sauce-infused sourdough. Schlotzsky's Spicy Line features this spicy sourdough, and those who can handle the heat can also opt to enjoy the hot-sauce-infused sourdough on any of the chain's medium sandwiches, pizzas and calzones.

This new line introduces menu options like the Spicy Original sandwich with ham, salami, three cheeses, tomato and lettuce, plus other fiery additions like jalapenos and spicy mayonnaise. The Spicy Chicken and Bacon Pizza also takes heat to the next level with jalapenos and spicy mayo, while the Spicy Sausage and Peppers Calzone with jalapenos and banana peppers is served with a cooling ranch dipping sauce.
