While all four feature the brand's signature citrus-marinated, fire-grilled chicken, the new Shredded Chicken Quesadilla Combo highlights the ingredient in a clever way. This dish takes El Pollo Loco's tender shredded chicken and pairs it with mild roasted tomato salsa, melted cheese, diced onion, and cilantro.
