The conceptual 'Sharing Joy' armchair has been designed by Zhe Gao as a functional furniture piece for the modern home to keep inhabitants and their furry friends comfortable. The chair features a metal base along with a comfortable cushion for the seat that extends up to the back and has a hollow section that's just large enough for a cat to fit. This provides cat owners with a way to keep their feline companion comfortable without having to put a conventional pet bed into their home.

The conceptual 'Sharing Joy' armchair is finished with a single armrest that functions as a side table for holding books, drinks or other small essentials. The furniture piece is the winner of the 2022 A’ Design Award.
