While tacos may not be the first thing you think of when St. Patrick's Day rolls around, Velvet Tacos once again proved that tacos are perfect Patty's Day fare with its Rueben Taco.
For St. Patrick's Day 2022, Velvet Taco once again brought back its once-a-year, fan-favorite St. Patrick’s Day WTF (Weekly Taco Feature). The taco in question was the Rueben Taco, which consisted of grilled corned beef paired with swiss cheese, velvet sauce, house-made sauerkraut, and house-brined pickles, all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla. The dish is a nod to Irish corned beef, which is often enjoyed during the holidays.
As if the taco itself wasn't enough cause for celebration, Velvet Taco also served up boozy libations like the Kick Ass Margarita.
