The Potbelly Jalapeño Popper Chicken Sandwich is a new menu item arriving at participating locations to provide consumers with an indulgent, appetizer-inspired option perfect for lunch or dinner. The sandwich starts off with all-natural grilled chicken that's paired with jalapeño crisps, a house-made jalapeño cream cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. The final result is a crispy, creamy sandwich that offers a remixed version of traditional jalapeño poppers that are often found at pubs and restaurants.

The Potbelly Jalapeño Popper Chicken Sandwich is being launched with a new promotion that will see Potbelly Perks loyalty rewards members receiving a bonus. Members can enjoy a free cookie, chips, fountain drink or bottle of water when purchasing the sandwich from April 8 through 14, 2024.
