Portal Cocktails is a sleek bar that opened amid the pandemic. The company offers customers its unique take on classic shots. Dubbed Quickies, Portal Cocktails creates uniquely flavored shots in an upscale environment.

The Quickies are available in various unique flavors and designed to drink as an appetizer before drinking an actual cocktail. Currently, the bar's most popular quickie shots are available in four flavors. The Espresso Martini quickie is a mini version of the bar's cocktail, while the Green Tea shot is served with Irish whiskey, peach, lemon, and green tea. The bar also offers the Hypnotizer quickie made with passionfruit. The Penasco is made with jalapeno and cilantro tequila with a clamato chaser.
