JBL Recently Announced Its Latest PartyBox Speaker Lineup

— December 4, 2025 — Tech
The popular audio equipment manufacturer JBL has announced the latest iteration of its flagship PartyBox speaker series. Specifically designed for social gatherings, this range boasts models that prioritize high-volume output, extended battery operation, and enhanced connectivity features.

JBL's new PartyBox speaker collection includes a primary high-power unit — the JBL PartyBox 520 — which is considered "one of the loudest battery-powered speakers on the market," and a more compact variant dubbed the JBL PartyBox Encore 2. Both models incorporate proprietary audio processing technology that automatically adjusts sound output, robust construction with water resistance, and a new wireless broadcast standard (Auracast™) for linking multiple units together. The intuitive sound output features are made possible by the company's proprietary technologies — namely, JBL Pro Sound and AI Sound Boost technology.
