Meta Quest is now able to sync users' workout progressions to their Android phones and pair that with heart-rate trackers for more efficient health monitoring. The Meta Quest Move overlay is able to showcase a user's heart rate on any game or app platform.
It is also able to capture the minutes and calories that are burned when they are exercising. Additionally, the Health Connect integration technology helps provide users with the capability to automatically sync their VR workouts to their Android devices. At first, the fitness stats collected from VR activity was designed to be viewed whilst wearing the Quest. Now, users are able to track their data without having to be connected to the device.
