Ingredion Fibertex is a new citrus fiber ingredient from the brand crafted with a multi-benefit, naturally sourced profile that's targeted towards the requirements of clean label product manufacturers in mind. The cost-effective, minimally processed ingredients come in two varieties including Fibertex CF 500 and Fibertex CF 100 to offer impressive texture and viscosity. The products will be available come August in the Asia Pacific region before coming to the US and Canada by the end of the year with Latin America expansion to follow.
