hand2mind, a company specializing in hands-on learning curriculum and educational toys for both classroom and home use, has announced the opening of a new 698,360-square-foot distribution center in Vernon Hills, Illinois. This move will consolidate the brand's operations from four separate locations into a single purpose-built facility situated on 35 acres at the former American Hotel Register headquarters. The distribution center is expected to create 37 new full-time jobs while retaining 288 existing positions in the state.
