Zaxbys' GIANT Chicken Finger Wraps Satisfy Big, Bold Cravings

— April 20, 2026 — Lifestyle
As an alternative to the bite-sized, snackable wraps widely available from quick-serve restaurants, Zaxbys unveiled a trio of meal-sized GIANT Chicken Finger Wraps.

GIANT Chicken Finger Wraps were first introduced with the Asian Zensation lineup, and are set to be available in three bold flavors beginning April 27th: fan-favorite Asian Zensation, plus two all-new creations, Chicken Bacon Ranch (featuring Cheddar Jack cheese, natural hardwood smoked bacon, crisp cucumbers, fresh tomatoes and a drizzle of creamy ranch) and Buffalo Blue (mixed with blue cheese and fresh tomatoes, topped off by saucy Buffalo Garlic Blaze and ranch.)

These made-to-order meals feature three hand-breaded Chicken Fingerz wrapped in a flour tortilla with mixed greens, carrots and red cabbage, and all wraps are served with crinkle fries and a small drink, and are also available with grilled chicken.

Trend Themes

  1. Meal-sized Wraps — Expanding single-item wraps into full meal offerings could redefine value perception and reorder layout of fast-casual menus.
  2. Bold Flavored Wraps — Consumers' appetite for intense, restaurant-style sauces and combinations is opening space for flavor-forward product development that blurs the line between snack and entrée.
  3. Protein-centric Convenience Meals — The emphasis on hand-breaded or grilled protein as the centerpiece of ready-to-eat meals has the potential to shift purchasing toward premium, portable protein formats.

Industry Implications

  1. Quick-serve Restaurants — Menu engineering that prioritizes large-format, customizable wraps could disrupt traditional combo structuring and drive new throughput strategies.
  2. Food Manufacturing — Development of shelf-stable or frozen meal-sized wrap components and bold sauces may enable distribution models that bypass centralized kitchens.
  3. Packaging and Logistics — Innovations in packaging that preserve texture and temperature for assembled wraps could transform last-mile delivery viability and retail display formats.
