The Salmon Guru Eat Your Cocktail Menu Rethinks Cocktails

— December 6, 2025 — Lifestyle
The Salmon Guru Eat Your Cocktail menu has been announced by the Madrid-based bar's Dubai outpost that has been created by Bar Manager Elie Kreidy to help reimagine perceptions of cocktails. The menu is priced at AED 350 and boasts courses that will surprise and delight with formats that are inspired by classic food varieties, but with a cocktail twist. This includes The Mad Bunny, which is a cocktail disguised as a fried egg and crafted by taking a frozen cocktail cube and transforming it into a yolk-inspired sphere that's surrounding with a coconut mousse-made egg white.

The Salmon Guru Eat Your Cocktail menu also features the Inspiración Paloma that sees a cocktail sphere seated on a French thyme bed, while the Tutti Fruity Daiquiri is housed inside a chocolate lollipop.
