New food and drinks are coming to Starbucks coffeehouses in the United States as of January 6th, including two Dubai chocolate drinks: the Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha and Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha, both inspired by viral customer creations. For those who can't get enough of all things pistachio, there's also the new Pistachio Cortado, returning alongside fan favorites like the Pistachio Latte and Pistachio Cream Cold Brew.

Other new items on Starbucks' 2026 menu include the Caramel Protein Matcha and Caramel Protein Latte, a sugar-free caramel syrup, plus Truffle, Mushroom & Brie Egg Bites, and the Turkey Bacon, Cheddar & Egg White Sandwich from Starbucks' year-round menu will feature a new Cherrywood-smoked turkey bacon.
