The Ever.Ag Cheese Yield Optimization is a new artificial intelligence (AI)-powered solution that makes use of the advanced technology to help optimize efficiency, reduce waste and increase the overall profitability for manufacturers.
The program works to digitize the cheese production process and continually analyzing data to provide actionable, real-time recommendations for how operators can optimize the next day's batch. These recommendations are based on a variety of insights related to optimal yields when it comes to both operations as well as finances, and is performed using machine learning and AI.
Head of Manufacturing Solutions Ryan Mertes spoke on the Ever.Ag Cheese Yield Optimization saying, "What is exciting about ‘Cheese Yield Optimization’ is it learns from existing and new data sets to highlight operational improvements, without taking away the ‘art’ of making cheese. The system does this with recommendations tailored to the user. Using existing data sets means customers will receive results in as little as 90 days vs. 12 to 15 months.”
