Popeyes is once again building on the success of its chicken sandwich with the launch of its new Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich.

The new Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich is essentially a cross between a Popeyes fried chicken sandwich and a classic Bacon Lettuce and Tomato (BLT) sandwich. The new dish starts with the brand's signature crispy chicken breast fillet and pairs it with Havarti cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, crunchy barrel-cured pickles, and your choice of classic or spicy mayo. The whole thing is all served on a toasted buttery brioche bun.

While the new Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich has not received an official press release from Popeyes, most outlets are reporting that it will make its official debut starting the week of June 5, 2023.
