HMD Global has unveiled its new 2660 Flip phone, which brings a sense of nostalgia to the table. The retro phone has no 'smart' elements, so it encourages users to go through a digital detox by essentially removing distractions. There are no social apps that could be a distraction, and it functions with basic communication to call and text.
Beyond this, the 2660 Flip has a playful personality that lets users flip the phone open and close. Differentiated from the old clamshells, the design is elevated with a glossy palette with a mirrored finish of an all-glass front plate and bright colors. It brings back features including an SD card slot and the removable 1450mAh battery.
